- Request the Report – Go to this page of the Irmo Police Department’s website. Find the green box entitled “Request an Incident/Accident Report” below the heading “Records Division.” Complete and submit your request by taking one of the following 4 available actions:

- Fax to 803-781-1884; print, fill out and fax, or
- Mail to P.O. Box 406, Irmo, SC 29063; print, fill out and mail, or
- Drop off at 1230 Columbia Avenue, Irmo, SC 29063; print, drop off.
- Pick Up the Report – You must obtain an Irmo Police Accident report In Person (see below) during the business hours as shown. If you are a victim and would like a FREE copy, you must bring a photo I.D. All other non-involved parties to the accident must pay a fee of $4.00 per report.

If your accident took place on a South Carolina Interstate, then the Highway Patrol Officer will complete the Police Accident Report, and will turn in their report to the South Carolina DMV. Follow these directions to obtain your interstate-related Police Accident Report:
- Request the Police Accident Report from SCDMV by downloading their Request for Officer’s Report (SCDMV Form FR-50).
- You will need 1 form for each report you are requesting.
- Fill out the form as completely as possible and sign.
- Send 2 copies along with a check or money order, payable to SCDMV for $6.00, to the address below:
