Auger & Auger obtains $900,000 settlement in tractor-trailer case
Attorneys Hunter Gillespie and Herb Auger recently obtained a $900,000 settlement for a local veteran who suffered life-changing injuries after being thrown from his vehicle in a tractor-trailer accident. The defense argued that the PTSD and memory loss were pre-existing conditions associated with the man’s age; however, Attorneys Gillespie and Auger successfully proved the correlations between the accident and the lingering trauma.
