How to Obtain Your Belton Police Accident Report

The Records Division of the Belton Police Department has provided us with the following information and points of contact to assist in the acquisition of your Police Accident Report.
You are asked to come in person into office to acquire the report. If you are from out of town or otherwise unable to visit the office you may call the department for alternative arrangements, at the Records Clerk’s discretion. There is no fee for involved parties; uninvolved parties must pay $5.00 and submit a FOIA form. The G-639 form is available in person or downloadable online FOIA Form G-639 from U.S. Homeland Security. Uninvolved parties may only be allowed a redacted copy (at the discretion of the Records Officer).

If your traffic accident took place on the Interstate, you may download and mail in this Request for Officer’s Report (SCDMV Form FR-50) from the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles. Fill out the form as completely as possible and sign. Send 2 copies along with a check or money order payable to SCDMV for $6.00, to the address below:
